The Giants need an attitude transfusion. Shurmur needs to do something quick. The problem with this team last year was that they plain simply quit on McAdoo. They don't seem to be changing their stripes under Shurmur. You heard Aikman remarking about it last night. Most of the issue is on their defense squad. They have no fire...and just walk through plays.
Beckham continues to be a petulant child. He is pissed Manning won't throw him the ball....but is probably more pissed off he is no longer the most talented playmaker on offense. Too bad the Giants inked him to that big contract....because he is a problem. Best thing the Giants could do is ship Beckham out of town.....collect a bunch of high draft picks...and position themselves to pick their next QB next year. That will immediately wake this team up and get the players dialed in.
Once the team gets moving in the right direction....and Barkley gets some blocking.....he is going to have gaudy numbers.
