As mentioned by others, that was Seattle's Super Bowl ...that was a desperate team in a must win situation and they were clicking.
This defense is definitely missing their leader in the secondary (Talib) right now and it seems Peters is trying too hard to make up for it by playing hero ball. He has to stop that immediately. I think Wade will get that fixed.
They gave up 13 points in their first two games and then gave up 62 in their last two games.... you have to give some credit to the teams that put up those points, both have pro bowl QB's
Yesterday was 3 1/2 qtrs of big plays and big runs...the last 10 minutes the defense showed up.
It also didn't help that every time we got a big play or sack, it was called back by a flag.
That was a flat out dog fight fight yesterday and at the end of the day, both our offense and defense did enough to pull out the big win despite the Hags and refs best shot.
Bottom line is the bottom line, R2K.
Ram D has been shredded in these last 2 games. Seahawks averaged 6 yards per rush. How many easy TD’s did we give up? Two by Peters, alone. I mean, Dang!
This certainly isn’t the D that we were expecting, that’s for sure.
Not saying that it’s Panic time, of course. Just pointing out a problem that needs correcting. I know that Wade knows this better than anybody.
