that is the point.

However, 33 seconds gets you down to 1:06. With one timeout you are able to sue the entire field, but without it you are more limited. I would rather 1:06 and a timeout with the ball than 1:39 and no timeouts.

But that is just me. The timing of course is what is throwing people off as there was a stoppage with the chains.
