IIRC the Rams agreed to play one international home game a year while their new stadium was being built. As far as screwing the Rams goes it seems that Stan actually likes the international games. Something about building the Rams brand overseas. When the Rams were in StL he tried to move one game a year overseas but was prevented from doing so because it violated the lease agreement.
Yeah he thinks of it as "building the brand." Or something like that.
Kind of like having Hal the computer programmed to seek more dollars out of everything, and giving him a football team.
Personally I could do completely without the "building the brand" stuff.
