Goff is elevating his game like Warner, Green, and Bulger. A little different in that he was a #1 pick and they were like late round picks or undrafted, but the point is how much the coaching changes everything.
And had Goff continued with Fisher, he would have continued to floundered. Instead he is getting a chance to maximize his abilities.
