Last night, when it really mattered, it was fixed. Case closed.
I choose to focus on everything.
It wasn't just missing a few bombs. Goff was not up to speed in game 1, overall. He w as not in sync yet.
AND. It doesn't matter and no one is complaining. There is no criticism. So just pointing out the obvious fact that he was a bit out of sync is no big deal. No need to defend him. He's not being attacked.
I think the Rams figured that being a bit out of sync in game 1 was a fair price to pay and they were right.
So it's not just the long pass which is just one issue.
You can close your case if you want. Me? I just call em as I see em and I think it's a kind of waste of energy to act like someone (McVay, Goff) is being criticized. They're not.
