'99 to '01 teams has Ricky Proehl and Hakim. Even if you think that Cooks/Woods is equal to Holt/Bruce(I don't) Proehl AND Hakim are way more valuable than Kupp. Fans forget how good Proehl and Hakim were. Also, TG isn't better than MF. MF would really go deep in patterns like a WR. He had more quickness and just as much speed. MF is arguably the best all around back of all time. KW was a better QB than Goffy. He was a 28 year old rookie and had major health issues and still made the HOF. Hopefully our 23 year old QB will finish his career as an all time great. He's looking great right now. But, KW was Rookie of the year and MVP same year. He put up crazy numbers from'99 to '01. Then he got hurt and replaced. Then he got healthy again and led the Cards to the SB. He played in 3. Way too soon to even compare them. But, with all the rules changes, a better D and ST, and McVay's play calling, our current team might score more points.
Another advantage goes to the current O over the Martz GSOT editions. Those O’s got the QB killed, whereas this current O is extremely QB protective.
