Its that simple... he waited for Cooks to clear... but based on the defensive coverage he needed to get rid of that ball a lot quicker and allow Cooks to run under it

He needs to speed things up... and I imagine he will as he continues to knock the rust off

However - that was on Goff and we know he can anticipate because he hit Sammy Watkins on the exact same route against the Giants last year. It was the same play
