The problem with speaking up for Goff is that it's the subtle things. Just perfectly placed line drives with eyes, a good pocket sense, that kind of thing. When he's at his best his an artiste. But it's seldom big wow plays the in the end the effect is the same.

I'm being conservative cause I don't want to jinx him.
But in all honesty, what I see when I watch him, just in terms of nuance, is a combination of Montana and Bob Griese.
