If Pharoh goes on IR it would make a lot of sense to put JoJo on the roster and have him return punts.
I would also have Davis active on game days and have him serve as KR and as a change-of-pace back. I was a little surprised that the Rams only had 2 RBs active on Monday night. If Pharoh and Thomas are inactive (or IRed?) then JoJo and Davis can take their places on the 45-man game-day roster and the other 43 spots aren't affected.
Kelly has good hands, doesn’t he? If so, doesn’t he have the necessary quicks and vision?
Maybe this could be an in-house temporary thing.
