If Kromer is right then Snead needs to be GM of the year to draft 3 Olinemen, none higher than a 3rd pick (including a LOT), that are 2nd string back ups in year one and looked at as starters in a year or two. If they work out, that's quite the haul. Fingers crossed.

Kromer was huge in the draft process. He has a long solid history of doing it too. For example, Chicago drafted 3 linemen when he was there and all 3 are starters in the league.
