But I think the Raiders organization doesn't have the money left to pay that kind of contract. Heard talk that to pay that much guaranteed the team has to actually have the cash put into escrow.(not sure if true.). They didn't have the cap space either ,I think, and that's probably why they just stopped talking to
him and his agent.
