I can just sit back right now and say to myself "Well, at least the Donald thing is over. We can begin the season". It's a nice place to be, not worrying and just waiting for the season to start. I read all of the hand-wringing going on at other places over Mack now, and just smile. Not really worried about the trolls decrying our cap situation in two years, either. Or guys who played last night - and got cut this morning. Not worried right now about who starts if Goff gets injured. Barely a second thought to Sean Paytons antics of 24 hours ago...

In a week and some days, we'll see our boys head up to face Chucky and his crew. On the last game of the week. Under the National Lights. It'll be time to shine.
Not a darn thing to block that, at this point in time. I think I'll finish this beer and savor that thought just a little longer.
