I always thought that when the Rams moved to St. Louis, that the rivalry between them and SF died down. I don't think the folks in St. Louis initially understood the depth of it. Maybe they were still living the rivalries they had with the Giants, Packers, whoever, I don't know as I didn't follow Cardinal football. I don't think many of the Ram's coaches in St. Louis did either. It was like they were just focused on trying to win any ol game. It was frustrating a little. If you can only win two games a year, beat the Niners!
