Good post overall.
But on that one point...the answer is simple. Look at the injury histories for most of those years. 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2014, even 2015 when it becomes both inexperience
and injuries.
In those years the Rams have had a very long, very bad history of multiple, crippling OL injuries.
2007 is a good example. By
week 6, the Rams had replaced Pace with Barron at LOT, had started 3 different guys at LOG, 3 different guys at ROT and 4 different guys at ROG. Guys like the great Milford Brown started up to 3 different positions in those 6 games before getting injured himself. They had up to 4 original starters out in a few games, and started up to 9 different players in those 6 games alone. Then after that...it got worse. THAT is a messed up OL.
It's stuff like that, through all the years I listed.
