Those other sticking points are important 43 but for some reason, teams and players seem to get caught up primarily on the guaranteed money.

Guaranteed is very important, dz. Perhaps the most important, and rightfully so.
But isn’t that all the more reason for the Rams to remove it as a sticking point? I would.
In fact, wouldn’t you agree that the Rams have been very reasonable with the guaranteed on their other successful extensions?
To balk on a fair guaranteed amount on a negotiation with a player of AD’s caliber just doesn’t fit the pattern. Or make a helluva lot of sense to me.
What if AD is asking for a
fully guaranteed contract? How would everybody feel about that?
