If Donald is truly dumb enough to not play this year, and forfeit nearly $7mil, then there's not a doubt in mind that no matter what deal he signs, he'll never honor it. In 2 years he'll be right back at the table, holding out and demanding more.

AD has millions of reasons to play this year.
And over a hundred million reasons to extend at some point. Either this year or next offseason.
If AD has the sense that Gawd gave green apples he will extend, and soon.
I would bet that he signs long term with the Rams, IOW.
