The rule is there to protect both the runner and the deliverer of the blow
It’s hard to enforce it’s going to be tough to make football safer but they have to do it
I don’t get the belly aching. The sport is under attack. They have to do something.
Perhaps making it reviewable would solve all.... but I am behind what they are trying to do
They have to evolve or they will not survive.
