Not a word of that stuff I said was new to this guy was on twitter. So I identified some new things. They're new.
And newness is beside the point anyway. As I said this is the real point--an outsider who has seen other teams practice comes in with fresh eyes and confirms a lot of things.
There's value to that, and no particularly good reason to dismiss it.
