like it was yesterday
the observation that I am making is that just a couple of weeks ago there were glowing reports now we are hearing either bad reports or nothing at all (which likely means things haven't gone great)
I'm not drawing any conclusions based on that other than people seem to only want to report the good stuff... and not when things aren't rosy
I think a lot of that just gets down to who goes to camp when and writes it up.
The distinct impression I got from the other day when Goff was on fire, was that it was being discusseed as "Goff is on fire
today." The way I read it, It was presented as a thing that happened that day. The overall sense is that things are normal and fine, and that yesterday (the bad day for the offense) was unique. And everyone, from tweeting reporters to fan camp reporters, said the offense struggled yesterday and the defense was on fire. I don't get the sense that people are being silent about negatives. I get the sense that things with the Rams are steady, and then that's punctuated by peaks (the other day) and valleys (yesterday). Assuming of course that the story is the offense...it could actually be the other way around, with the defense in a valley the other day and peaking yesterday.

When you say he wasn’t sharp is that because the defense was really good or Goff was just off?

Both. But before anyone freaks out, days like this happen.
