Right on queue DirecTV just sent me a "survey" (after I BLASTED them on Twitter). They wanted all the details....I sent back a 8 paragraph seething response which ended with me asking for free or greatly reduced ST MAX or "I want to know when my contract expires because I'm going back to cable!"
Ball now in their court. I will update further once/if they respond.
Funny...I never get hassle and it usually takes less then 5 minutes and I don't even have to renew a contract
I haven't called yet this year, so I hope they are as easy as last year......
I'll let you know how it goes.....kinda wondering if it will work cuz I just recently got my bill reduced heavily by threatening to cancel....
