I watched Shields Monday, his first time in full pads in over 2 years, and he shadowed Cooks and Woods pretty damned good. He is still fast and quick and back peddles better than Talib or Peters. If he's rusty, I can't wait to see him when he gets fine tuned. Guy is going to be an asset to the DB's. He can play on either side or in the slot. Rams backfield is deep.
