Until any of these guys they have 'penciled in' can show they can play at a high, productive level - week in and week out for an entire season - they're just potential. Barwin has done it for many years.

Barwin is not the future, promo.

I suspect that Wade has a good handle on what his youngsters can and cannot do for him this season. And I suspect that he prefers to give the younger players the snaps.
