As I said I don't think the market collapse for safeties is real. I think it's artificial.

They probably cannot afford Joyner along with (at a minimum) Goff, Donald, Cooks and possibly Peters. (Gurley is open for debate.)

But as I have said before, if the Rams have done anything consistently really well in terms of personnel acquisition, it's finding DBs.
