It could also be due to the very slow market for safeties. The tag price is considerably more than whats been had for the Fan's. So maybe the Rams are happy to let this one play Out.. ..... Yes maybe overpaid him this year with tag but the negotiate a long term contract next off-season not bidding against themselves!
