Just passing along what I just heard on ESPN Radio. On the Will Cain show he had Jeff Darlington on and in talking about the NFL Network Top 100 asked why the Rams had not signed Donald yet. Darlington basically said that from his discussions the Rams are not sitting back and telling Donald to wait his turn or that they plan to franchise him twice etc. They have put what he called very competitive offers in front of Donald and feel the ball is in his court. So just FYI- that for those saying just sign the guy Darlington said well they are actively trying.

So we have no idea if it's "competitive" or not.
And how could HE know what that offer is?
Either someone leaked something to him, in which case the negotiations aren't as friendly as we're led to believe, or he has no idea and is just speculating.
