Either way, Going with over.the.cap's numbers, let's say they sign Joyner for 10, Cooks for 17, and AD for 23. (Don't hold me to any of that...just playing with numbers to illustrate a point.) That's 50 M and leaves 22 M to sign someone else and their draft picks.
Going with Sportrac's numbers, they can afford that 50 M if they adjust somewhere, like--cutting down to 53.
Anyway a lot of people are going with a 190 M cap for 2019. So I follow over.the.cap numbers.
