On those two ints, Cooks had gotten beyond Howard both times, and Brady underthrew it.
To be fair, those were long throws, but I don't see either int as being Cooks' fault.
Later in the vid, I saw Howard get away with hooking an arm around Cooks, and, yes, outmuscled him once.
Excellent game by Howard, but not that much to be concerned about by Cooks.
One things is, with his speed, the QB needs to see and react QUICKLY to Cooks getting open, because if there's any hesitation by the QB, Cooks is already way gone and then it's a loooonnng throw. Hope Goff can adjust to that.
