i have been a vocal critic. He should have been canned along with Fisher. His hits are offset by his whiffs. Im not sure that another GM has missed on so many high picks (GRob & Tavon in top ten picks and Brian Quick and I Pead in 2nd rd), to name a few. He is aggressive, and I like that, but his misses are always glossed over. Also, he had more early picks than almost any GM in history from the RG3 windfall. He also gave up a 2nd rounder to move up to get Tavon Austin?? A GM should hit on 1st rd picks, so Donald and Gurley should be studs, and they are. Great. Im not going to go overboard on congratulating him on those picks. I would have taken them also...big deal.
Rams turnaround is all McVay, Snead again is just along for the ride. Guy is living a charmed life.
