Second, when Fisher / Snead first brought in T. Hem......he had all the physical attributes. McVay's recount of his tools confirms the "eye test."

The game in which he got injured, he was a primary participant. In fact, if memory serves he was in his 3 point stance on that snap, and it was the first time I really saw him for what he might become. The length, the low set, and to my eye a first swift step. You put all his ingredients together, and if they cook up right, you ought to have an extraordinary success.

Which just brings me back to that moment last summer. Is he an accident waiting to happen?
Would truly enjoy to see him out there, and productive, but it's a position fraught with contact at the highest level. Win some of them, and lose some of them.

Lot of potential with this young TE. If I'm fortunate, I'll get to see him sparkle.
