Literally just remove the gold from the home and away jerseys. Swap in with blue or white (for the numbers). What would the league do? Would there be a fine? I guess it would be a chain reaction with licensed apparel, etc.
What if they just showed up for games with only throwback options - home and away? Would the game be forfeit? I imagine there'd be fines.
It all seems so complicated for a quick fix in the near term. How were they able to change their helmet and facemask colors this season? The league didn't stop that.
