They said 92 skill position players since 2015 have had a higher WAR(Wins Above Replacement) grade than Kamara.

So we're talking 92 players over 3 years.

That's roughly 30 per year which means we're talking about WR1's instead of WR3's.

That's an entirely different matter. And their stat is probably accurate in that case.
