I didn't include 15-and especially 16 draft as some players need to develop and rarely are top picks cut...at least I hear he will contribute year 2 to add strength and muscle or WRs take a few years to develop
Rams blew all those picks....glad they landed Donald for sure
I Think its fair that a true foundation piece such a Greg Robinson can make his second contract
certainly not a 40% success rate which was the main part of my post to ZN
GRob is a premium pick failure for sure but that '14 draft was actually pretty good.
AD, Joyner, Alexander, and EJ Gaines.
Alexander and Gaines were both very good starters in a different DC's scheme. Their departure from the team is b/c of the coaching change.
Of course AD and Joyner are great players with the team still.
That's 4 good picks out of 11 total that year. That's remarkable because it's near the 40% mark in a year when 6 of the 11 picks were in the 6th round or later.
It's not fair for the GRob failure to overshadow such success.
