But you're right. Brown runs great routes. I also don't think it hurt him that Big Ben's his QB. Austin was hurt by the QB issues endemic to the Rams -- at least until Goff. And the horrible offensive scheme.
Speaking of being hurt: I think the Rams basically destroyed Brian Quick's career. If he had been drafted by Pittsburgh, Green Bay or New England, I'm betting he would have been just fine. Likely, All-Pro.
Was against the TA pick from Day One. But I do admire his guts. For something that small, he always played big, fearless and didn't back down. It's a shame it didn't work out.
