I am with you 81. This group continues to impress me. I see questions and they just seem to see answers.
Last year before free agency I wondered how we would possibly fill the holes we had. We were looking at no number 1 WR, a seeming failed experiment at LT, a young QB that looked rattled and even though he has skills, just wondered if he was going to get it. On top of this the promising young RB we had seemed that the league had figured him out and we were switching to a 3-4. Have I mentioned a rookie coach, a young rookie coach.
Fast forward to a year and a few months later, two free agency's and two drafts and it seems like many of these problems were not really problems to this staff. I kinda think they should have just asked us to stand back hold there beer.
I like there willingness to draft, free agent and trade as the opportunities arise. And from the outside it seems pretty seamless. We are really moving into this post draft off-season with more answers then questions. At least less questions then we typically have this time of year.
So many examples of moves they have made over the last couple years that have impressed me. I really don't have any new ones that have not already been discussed here but even the failures, including the inherited mistakes seem to be resolved with the minimal negative impact.
Just my feeling, but 81, if I understand you correct I am buying what you are selling.
