im not opposed to sweat. in fact i think hes an exiting pick but lets remember that ll of these guys have some warts. i mean with this physical abilities he should have been dominant. why wasnt he?
the oline depth also concerns me. if tyrell crosby gets close i think hes their choice. while i know we need an edge rusher, id rather see a blown assign on d result in a td then have goff get killed.
I can see the production angle. But from what I've seen and heard, he's going to be a much, much better Pro than college player. The old cliche is true in his case. His best football is ahead of him. And if the Rams get him, I think WP will help him maximize that production/potential.
I really want the Rams to have an edge guy who is just a match-up nightmare. Too big, too fast, too athletic for the opposition to handle.
All of that said . . . I've never been one who thinks there's
only one possible player for the Rams. Lots to choose from. But he would be my first choice.
