What I find most interesting is the evaluation of Cooks v the top WR in this draft, cause we could have had any WR in this draft at 23.

I'm thinking Cooks is better than any WR in this draft but at a much higher cost. Thats the trade off.

Just wondering how much the cap with increase over the next couple of years and what impact that will have.
