If they double dip it will be because they went 3rd and late 4th or 4th and 6th, but I don't see them going back to back edge.
The really cool thing about these front offices is that they have a really good idea where players are going to fall. If they know Armstrong is going to last until 4-111 I think they will go the Jewell route. Roquan Smith and Jewell diagnose the quickest in this draft. Jewell's 4.84 40 is the only reason he is around later.
There are really only 4 reasons to bring in a prospect for an interview
1. You have interest in drafting him.
2. You have interest in a teammate of his.
3. You want to run him thru a med. check.
4. You have dug up some dirt on him and want his side of the story. Basically clear up red flags.
Armstrong has no medical issues that I have heard of, no red flags, just the opposite from what I have read, and no temmates they would want to pick his brain on. So they must believe there is a possibility he will be there in the 3rd or 4th.
