Who Won?

April 23, 2018 08:00PM
Why does there have to be a winner and loser in this situation?

There actually could be two winners....which i think is the case.

Tennessee had their QB. It was a golden opportunity to pick up a lot of quality picks. Even if they blew every pick, it was the right move to trade down at the time.

The Rams had the most to lose because they gave up the most. They look like a winner because it looks like Goff is their QB of the future...and they also got a Pro Bowl Returner in the deal (Cooper). If Goff had been a bust then this would have been a disaster for the Rams. Still no QB, and the loss of multiple picks.

I'd say both are winners at this point. Rams got their QB, Tennessee got a number of quality players.
