but it is never a good sign when we pick a guy high that everyone's reactions was "who?" It was reminiscent of other picks in that same 2nd rd round (Brian Quick, Lance Kendricks). Snead's main weakness is when he drafts for need. He forces picks as he did with TE last year, and we have see him do it also with Tavon when he openly admitted needing dynamic playmakers in that draft. Snead is at his best when he takes a BPA approach...see Aaron Donald.
