Somebody may want to jump up to #2 to get their QB...and it could justify a treasure trove like the Rams received when they traded down the year of the RGIII draft.
If you pick QB, it's likely for 2019. I don't see Manning going to the bench unless it's becomes a hopeless season around game 9. So, do you draft a QB who isn't really going to impact your for 2019, do you get the #1 back in the draft, or do you trade down? And, how far are you willing to move in round 1? There is Buffalo at 12...Arizona at 15...but I don't see Arizona pulling that trigger.
Barkley is the man from day 1. He has an impact on your team from day 1.
Now, Mayfield could be there at 12. And if that is the case, why wouldn't Buffalo stay put? Mayfield is my favorite QB in the draft.
Tough call.
