He's 6'-2" and 253 lbs. So other then being an inch or 2 short, he is on the money for a 34 edge.
Quick first step with above average power. Will take different angles to the QB. Can drop into coverage. Finishes tackles. Has a good motor. I wish he used his hands better, he is just bad at it and its going to be tough for him in the NFL if he lets OL into his body. There are times you see him engage a OLman with his shoulder or his chest, or when he uses his hands they are way up by his shoulders. He also needs to develop some pass rush moves, he can get skinny (narrow) and slide inside or use his speed to generate power for a bull rush and he a speed rush outside. I am not sure he is loose hipped enough to dip and rip the edge, but I would at least like to see him try. Or a solid spin move or a swim. Anything.
I think he is there in the 3rd not there in the 4th.
