I can't say that I watch more or less "than I used to" because my viewing habits haven't changed. I probably watch more college football simply because there are more college games available to watch during football season. About midway through the season, there's at least one NFL or college football game on almost every night (on Friday nights there are 2 or 3). I make out a schedule every week of every blessed football game airing on tv and then RAMbeau and I figure out which games we're going to watch. It doesn't always have to be "big school" football either. We've seen some pretty exciting games played by smaller schools. If there's a game on... be it NFL or college... I'm watching!
