McVay ran essentially the same offense he ran in Washington. There's plenty of tape of him doing that with a QB who had a limited arm, and with Jared Goff you have a QB who can stretch the field more effectively. Key was ensuring they had enough talent on the field at wideout and they do.
If you're lookin for a downfall for this offense, most likely area for it to happen is after this season when 3x players become FAs and the other two are old and might not have much left in the tank. But for this season, as long as Big Whit stays healthy, there are way too many weapons and a good young QB behind them not to mention a creative mind directing the offense.
This should be another very good season for the offense.
