I am sure you have seen a lot more of him then I have, so I wouldn't argue with you. But when I say explosive (and he is athletic), it was really 2 things: we wasn't fast or sharp coming in or going out of his breaks, and he was rarely evasive in the open field. I think he is a little tight in the hips. (He was 16th out of 25 WRs in the 3 cone) He broke tackles with his strength, but not elusive.
I totally agree that someone is going to get a very good WR late 1st early 2nd with him. I like him more then Diggs who has had a very nice career in Minnesota.
