My only quibble would be with your assessment of Moore from Maryland. It looks like you like him, but don't see him as "explosive." From watching him in games, and noting his Combine performance, I'd say he's got that aspect to his game too. The kid came close to a 40 vert (39.5), and his broad was an elite 11.2. Ran a 4.42, and he's run sub-4.4 in the past. Main reason he isn't much higher in general in the rankings, IMO, is he played for a bad team (my beloved Terps), with far too many QBs lost to injury. I think in a system like the Rams, he'd blow up. He's going to be a better pro than Diggs.
As in, someone in the late 1st, early 2nd, is going to get a steal, and if the Rams hadn't traded for Cooks, I think Moore would have been a very good pick.
