You pick guys with the hopes two stick?

How about drafting guys...that based on scouting...can stick?

This us my problem with having lots of picks. You are drafting guys knowing your going to cut them.

Bundle the picks and trade up or get picks for next year.

Let's not of the crap shoot!!!
