In this case I think he does contradict but it’s in a good way
He’s saying:
1) He likes Cooks
2) He is a great replacement for Watkins as the vertical threat
3) Why is he on his 3rd team? This is unusual. Is he limited in his route tree? (One trick pony)
4) The Pats never give out huge congrats - Look at Brady
I can understand all of that even the bit of contradiction. He’s sure of Cook’s strengths but wonders if he has limitations.
By the way Brady makes $14M ... how much you want to bet Kraft pays him in other ways. That’s how shady they are.
