Why the hate for Tavon? He had a broken wrist last season and missed catching balls all camp in a totally new system. He fell behind the other guys like Woods and Kupp who were working from day one. With the late addition of Sammy there was no real room for TA. Because he played sporadically he never got into an offensive rhythm. Things unraveled from there. He miffed several punts and was replaced. Now, last year he was overpaid for his performance, but he got that contract because he was our top weapon. He is our secondary nd best RB, PR and KR as well as our fourth best WR. He is playing for millions less, is healthy and will have a lot to prove. Maybe he emerges as another threat. McVay has to love the idea of another speedster mixed in with our new flyer, Woods and TG30 on the field. That's serious speed. And TA helped TG30 by being a misdirect.
I not only hope but expect a terrific come back year from TA. And another thing, when he has the ball in his hand he's the most exciting player on the field.
