basically, I think Kupp will get the most catches and the team needed a deep threat. This guy is a better fit since they didn't use Watkins in the way he should be used. Less money to boot.
I be ok with either keep Watkins or making this deal for Cook. What I didn't want to do is sit and do nothing and have one of they filler guys fill the role as a 3rd receiver.
